Singapore today (24 January) confirmed the first novel coronavirus case in a 66-year-old Wuhan native, while reporting another suspected case, according to the Straits Times.
The patient had traveled to Singapore on a China Southern flight CZ351 on 20 January, experiencing symptoms like fever and cough afterwards. Nine close contacts have been quarantined.

Close contacts must be those 3 passengers sitting in the row in front and behind on the plane plus the flight cabin staff , the immigration officer and that finger print reader ?
CZ351 operates from Guangzhou Baiyun Intl airport to Singapore.
Just a thought : Can the finger print reader in Immigration pass on the virus ?
