Why put your $$ on a value trap?
Whats the probability of St****** realizing its full value within say 3-5 years?
If the probability is low, say 10% would it be much wiser invested your $$ elsewhere if u can make
10% annual returns over those 3-5 years instead?

There's so many property counters in sgx trading at 0.5 to 0.7 times
Book value, why pick St******?

Agree, perhaps Felix could share his view. By the way I am not offering any prices for GG's or Felix's bet, but it would be good to learn from each other.

yes, my first purchase was 0.62..then goes down, i buy. goes down n buy.
so that is why i have 45 lot.

well. i dunno whether it is AA or JJ. but i think the dividend yield is attractive to me la. 4% i happy liao..

you know you can write naked called options right (uncovered), you don't have to own the underlying shares
