After Lehman Brothers' collapse the financial institutions were wondering why Walton is still able to return positive gains to our clients. After 18 months due diligence in February 2010 they made a $18.6 million IPO on our program.

Walton International closes $18.6 million IPO of LP Units

On February 25, 2010, Walton Ontario Land L.P. 1 closed an initial public offering in all jurisdictions in Canada of LP Units raising gross proceeds of $18,555,000. The LP will purchase and manage approximately 455 acres of land near Toronto and Ottawa with the net proceeds of the offering.
The agents were led by RBC Capital Markets and includes BMO Capital Markets, HSBC Securities (Canada) Inc., Canaccord Adams, Raymond James Ltd., Desjardins Securities Inc., Dundee Securities Corporation, Research Capital Corporation, Macquarie Capital Markets Canada Ltd. and Integral Wealth Securities Limited.
