Important Milestones - Let me know if I leave out anything. Many tks.
By the end of 2015, CES should be able to achieve at least 90% of its conservative RNAV of $1.70.
I suspect company might do share buyback again after its 2014 full year result announcement
Feb 2015
CES is going to report its all-time best full-year EPS (estimated to be ~ 37 cents), more than the market cap of many small-cap companies (i.e. New Toyo, etc.)
March/April 2015
Probable Announcement of successful bidder for Carlton Project Land Parcel (which comes with pre-approved development plan of ~1000 apartment + some retail units) [probably 5 - 7 cents EPS gain]
May/June 2015
Commissioning of Alex Hotel. Recurring income of ~$14mil per annum (net after tax) will flow in. Additional recurring 2.2 cents EPS per annum. Plus revaluation surplus of some ~30 cents
1H 2015
a. Probable Announcement of another investment property ~ $150mil
b. Launching of Doncaster Project (Australia)
2H 2015
a. Re-launching of Fulcrum

To have a better appreciation of the impact of revaluation gain on share price, one can refer to the case of Hotel Grand Central

Since last round of updates, another 18 units have been sold at Nine Residences, for a total of $15.6 million. There seems to be some movement of 100PP units as well. However, no movement on Fulcrum side.
All of these are extra unaccounted for cash flow coming in, gotta update my valuations.

http://roxypacific.listedcompany.com/new...3VYM.1.pdf
Roxy Pacific RNAV = 72.1 cents (as of 31 Dec 2014)
Trading at market price of 55 cents (as of 23 Feb 2015)
Discount to RNAV = 24%.
CES RNAV = $1.70 (conservative)
Applying discount of 24%, CES should easily trade at ~$1.30
