ISOTeam

RE: ISOTeam
That's not bad for a fast growing and relatively young company. In FY15, it acquired 4 other smaller companies to complement its business, and got the money via placements and internal funds, but no rights issue. If they can maintain high ROE for the next few more years, I'm happy to receive up to 20% of NPAT as dividends. (vested)

RE: ISOTeam
I think a dividend policy is a good start. It shows the management is serious in building the business and share reward with shareholders. I rather have a low dividend payout and a prudent management. good to under promise and over deliver at times.

RE: ISOTeam
I just noticed there is a CD, around $0.0115, slightly better than previous years.

Can Bros here enlightened me how does the bonus issue works here?

Do you think its a good idea if i buy some tomorrow for the dividends?

thanks

RE: ISOTeam
I see no news on the bonus issue. maybe you should take caution before buying. but growth wise I think the company is still undervalued by 10%. MOS not very high though.

RE: ISOTeam
Thanks much for your advice, Bro Life.

But this company share very low volume, less than 100,000 shares each day sometimes. Will this company be taken private soon?

I will be very surprised, if privatization is offered. The company has made several placements recently, and has invited new key investors.

The daily average of last 10 days of the company, is 578, 000 shares. It is low, but still higher than TTJ (243,100 shares), and Transit-Mixed Concrete (9,800 shares)  Tongue

There was a report issued by one of the local brokers calling for a .53 target price (around the .53 level, cant remember) on 19th July. Since then, has been climbing up.
