RE: ISOTeam
i assume high growth, increasing capital intensity, margin expansion, ~9% WACC. that should give you a ballpack idea.

RE: ISOTeam
The numbers seems quite good so i tried to find out more about the company.

HDB R&R and A&A works seems quite competitive. Can view some of the bids in the link below. Bids from TMS alliance, subsidiary of ISOteam are quite competitive, though not the lowest. Also, although ISOteam has partnership with SKK, SKK bid for the R&R projects too..

RE: ISOTeam
The numbers do seem good & they are a strong contender for HDB's upgrading, maintenance, A&A works, with good track record. I like the stable nature of their revenue, given that there should be many HDB flats that will need maintenance, A&A, upgrading works every year.

But the thing that held me back was that they had issued new shares at least 2 to 3 times in the past, hence diluting the existing shareholders share value. I think if not for this, their share price might have risen to maybe 70cents already by now.

New shares issued at least 2-3 times in the past? I am new to the company, and I didn't see the same picture. May be I have missed them.

The company was IPOed only in 2013, and so far, the total share remains the same, based on my sources.

Are those considered new share issues? Don't quite know how to interpret the above, I assume they are new share issuance. That's another form of fund-raising right? How do you determine if something like that is acceptable? What if they keep doing that every year?

You are right, there were two placements done in 2015, after the last 1H financial report, thus I have missed them.

One in Jan 2015, 2.8 million shares @ $0.50, and the other was 9 million share @ $0.58.

The dilution was contributed both by the placements, as well as the recent investments.

RE: ISOTeam
There were three recent share issues:

(1) June 15.... 9 million shares for 58c apiece;

(2) Jan 15.....2.8 million shares for 50c apiece to Nippon Paint; and

(3)  Oct 14.....12,3m shares for 50c apiece to acquire four businesses (valued at 5 times earnings of each business).

The number of ISOTeam shares is now 142.9m from 117.6m just after the issue of IPO shares.

placement of shares could be for strategic purposes sometime. increased in liquidity of stock is also necessary for expansion.
