Singtel needs to pay cross-carriage fees to Starhub.

Oh, dunno there such a cross platform fee. Tried searching the internet, but unable to find out more info about it.

It sounds so funny that Singtel need to pay Starhub, so that Starhub's customers can watch Singtel's programs. Isn't that on normal business ground, it supposed to be Starhub paying Singtel so that their customers can watch the same program, and Starhub can charge the price they want to the customers?

So... Who set the fees amount? Starhub? Singtel? MDA?

Yes. There is a cross platform fee. I read it in the newspaper too. At the end of the day, It's always the consumers who suffer.

Starhub is generous in dividend payment, yet the chart doesn't seem to be very optimistic

Looked into the report and presentation slides.

- TV customer base continue to decline, QoQ in the last 5 quarters. ARPU was maintained. The decline will continue IMO
- Broadband customer base started to decline QoQ. Customers were lost in the migration from cable to fiber broadband. The decline will continue IMO.

The FCF is 3.7 cents per share, while quarterly dividend payout is 5 cents. Will the dividend payout sustainable?

it will be unwise to look at a quarter of report and make judgement on the dividend.

EBITDA looks to be down instead of up, so i am puzzled why Dividends Warrior said otherwise.

Edit: looks like EBITDA is up. calculation mistake on my end.
