FY 2014 results will be out this evening and normally trading is not halted prior. I suppose this second report is the cause of the trading halt this am.

if the contents of the report are well written, then does it matter?

For me, I need the contents to be a reporting of facts and where opinions are supported. Being well written is optional.

if the report by Ice is not true, is there a possibility for Noble to take court action? Why no court action news till now. Those who dares can try "fishing in muddy water" according to one of the 36 Chinese strategems.

No names, no address, no contact. How to take action? I'm not here to defend Noble since I am incapable of that. I just have to discount credibility when nothing is known about the source. Much like what I do when people tell me "you know, I heard from someone that....".
