The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Pollux Properties Ltd. (the "Company") wishes to announce the following resignation and appointments with effect from 13 August 2014:

(a) the resignation of Mr Tan Kay Kiang as a member of the Audit Committee (“AC”) and a member of the Remuneration and Nominating Committee (“RNC”);

(b) the appointment of Mr Timur Pradopo as a member of the AC and a member of the RNC; and

(c ) the appointment of Mr Bambang Widaryatmo as a member of the AC and a member of the RNC.

The Board considers Mr Timur Pradopo and Mr Bambang Widaryatmo to be independent for the purpose of Rule 704(7) of Section B: Rules of Catalist of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (the “Catalist Rules”). Please refer to the Company’s announcements dated 20 March 2014 pursuant to Rule 704(6) of the Catalist Rules and the Company’s Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 March 2014 for further details on Mr Timur Pradopo and Mr Bambang Widaryatmo.

Following the aforesaid changes, the composition of the AC and RNC shall comprise the members as stated hereunder:

Can I say that all these projects are irrelevant if I am investing in the sg listed entity. Pl advise.
