Why dun you post some images on the construction progress for its various Spore projects instead, such as :-

Garden Park Residences
Berkeley Residences

and most impt of all - progress of Pavilion Square

upcoming FY ending Mar2015 will only capture completion of Louis Serviced Apts : TOP around Nov2014
It's from "en bloc" acqn of 11-units of Ganges Centre at Havelock Rd for $23.5m...
...total landcost may be closer to $29m due to DC/DP charges.

NOW redeveloped into 96-units of "Louis Kienne Serviced Residences" (1BR=60 units, 2BR=30 units and 3BR=6 units)
- quite impressive feat, only concerns now, is with only 21-yrs lease remaining - meaning annual depreciations will be high.

Next FY (FY ending Mar2016) will be big cash inflows year for Pollux.. but guess Pollux may get swallow-up cheap before this happens.

FY-mar2016 will capture below four projects TOPs, but most importantly will be the fat earnings for the 93 retail shops at PavilionSQ.

==> main profit spinner will be the soldout retail shops at Pavilion Square, which should outsize all its other projects combined.
