To be honest, I don't think posting images of their indonesia business would do much good. The fact is, there is no integration as of now. It clutters the thread.

I did a check with URA (it updates itself on 16th every month). The last unit of Garden Park and Pavilion Square are sold! Left Mayfair x 4 unsold units.

Pollux's Management had on numerous occasion, openly acknowledged and officially announced their intention to venture into Indonesia as their next phase of development.

I see the integration of both Pollux Singapore and Pollux Indonesia as imminent going forward, as there is little development left in Singapore and Management is not purchasing new land due to the poor market sentiments.

Glad that Pollux had decided to venture into the red hot Indonesia market instead of being a sitting duck.

Use the drop-down menu to navigate around. URA displayed only Pavilion Sq's sale. However, via a third party (property agent), I can confirm Mayfair is left with 4 units while Garden Park is completely sold out.
