On HKEx yesterday, E & E was quoted as HK$12.66 (buy) to HK$15.8 (sell), which translates to about US$1.61 to US$2.01, a huge spread. The closing price was HK$15.8, based on one small trade, up HK$2.2. Good chance that there will be a big percentage fall of this counter, on HKEx, at some point next week. The 'price' of HK$15.8 is likely just a transient blip.
On SGX the buy side was queued at US$1.63, the sell at $1.65, last done $1.65. Ignoring the froth in Hong Kong, the underlying price looks comparable.
The current price is cum dividend of 8c, so there will be a significant reset when it goes ex-dividend.
