I guess we have to wait till mon 8 am plus to hear the news. Hopefully its a takeover bid at a good price (>75 cents). but the incident seems to be badly handled by Superbowl, it seems like the stock was running up quickly the few days prior to this trading halt. It was only after the trading query that superbowl seems to notice it and put a trading halt immediately

Maybe or perhaps, they were caught off guard not monitoring their screen on the morning when there is a sudden run up of shares price... Hmm, maybe $0.75, $0.80, $0.85, $0.90, $0.95, $1.00, $1.05, $1.10, $1.15 or $1.20 or >$1.20 when trading halt lifted.?

May be a failed bid if offer price less than $1.00...

even if the offer fails, the price post offer won't be at 50cents anymore...

Today is the 6th day of trading halt, till now no news yet...... then it must be a very very substantial 'corporate restructuring exercise'... Tongue
