Superbowl ($0.485) - This Superbowl is seeing a lot of accumulation recently after the announcement of joint-development of hotel with Hiap Hoe along Balestier Road. Most of its assets are still at book value in the 80s. RNAV is likely to be substantial..... Good Luck Smile

Hi crab, whats your estimate of its RNAV, i am not quite sure how to value its 2 hotels with hiap hoe.

Superbowl and Hiap hoe has obtained their hotels and its surrounding units valuation at 702M. As they own half of this venture, this means the JV is at $1.07/ share (351M/326M shares).

Likely similar to CK Tang scenario... Someone maybe pressing down the price so that later stage can privatised cheaply....Big Grin

What is interesting will be to see how much cash is generated from its new hotel operations when it is fully operational. Note that Zhongshan Park has a mall and hotel division. Secondly, it will be interesting to see if there are any Hospitality REITS interested in purchasing superbowl's JV hotel.

However, the potential downside is the increase in supply of hotel rooms that Singapore will see from 2014-2016. I am worried that Singapore's hotel occupancy rate across all hotel segments will decrease. Not sure how much it will affect Superbowl.

Superbowl announced its quarterly result today.
Can any buddies explain why the hotel operational results are not incorporated into the results?
