It would be the best outcome for Keppel-SPH consortium if Axiata just left its stake intact.
Keppel-SPH consortium gains control without having to come out with too much money.

M1 offer declared unconditional after Axiata threw in the towel. Keppel owned 76.35% now, offer extended to March. With this announcement, the rest will accept the offer.

Hasta la vista M1... Cool

Loss of Free Float

Konnectivity now has 90.15% of M1 shares capital. It's not enough to trigger mandatory acquisition but with the loss of free float, M1 will be delisted at the end of the offer.

The Closing Date for the Offer has been extended to 5.30pm 18 March.

Time to throw in the towel.  Sad
