I think the revenue is fixed. It should be equally distributed. You can take the contract value and distribute by the years and tally with their FY revenue. It was about there, when I calculated it.

Hi NTL,

I can help with your first query. Based on tender process with the govt, the contract period and price is fixed before the award of tender to the vendor (800 super). This means that the annual price whether 1) fixed or 2) revised annually has been pre-agreed and will not vary throughout the contract period.

Example 1: fixed price throughout contract period
Year 1- $100
Year 2- $100
Year 3-$100

Example 2: revised annually but pre-agreed throughout contract period
Year 1-$100
Year 2-$110
Year 3-$120

Hope i was clear

Thanks kelvesy and crosscalibre for the replies.

If based on the contract awarded, is there anyway to see if it belongs to the "fixed price" model, or the "revised annually" model?

Based on the 3 recent awards, 800 Super will be covering:

1. Ang Mo Kio - Toa Payoh from 1 Jan 2014 to 30 Sep 2021 (Total Value: $160M)
2. North-West from 1 Apr 2014 to 31 Mar 2020 (Total Value: $97M)
3. South-West from 1 Sep 2014 to 31 Aug 2021 (Total Value: $209M)

Which region is South-west referring to? (Note: Colex was awarded Jurong in November 2012 at $140M for 7yrs still 31 Mar 2020)

And North-West is referring to Woodlands-Yishun? If so, isn't the area kind of big for such a small value?

Hi NTL,

The awarded contract will be on gebiz. As there are quite a lot of categories, and i am unsure which category it falls under.

As to the which model it is, you should check the awarded price schedule. You will be able to see it if they have asked the tenderers to list the price by year; if not, they would have awarded it as a lump sum and not possible to be able to tell.

Take it as flat then. Any increase will be considered as bonus. Big Grin

Based on the contracts, look like next half year performance will be slightly better, due to:

1. Full half year for South-west contract
2. Lower oil price

The additional revenue should be around $5M, which translate to additional net profit of $0.36M. The EPS for next half yr will add up to 2.77c, or full year of 5.34c.

At present price of 47c, the PE = 8.8.

Any major mistakes?

800 Super has just released its FY15 financial results, with both profits and dividends doubling from FY14.

A truly spectacular performer in the current business environment.

Let's see if its share price will perform as well.
