also with news of Helm experiencing higher railcar utilisation.

What do you think the average locomotive is worth if Helm is spending close to US$0.5million on each locomotive?
Helm have 400 locomotives and another 18000 railcars.
IF each railcar is worth US$20,000 and locomotive is 0.5mill
0.5mil*400=200 , 18000*20,000=360
Total asset US$560million. minus the debt. is still, Worth more than the marketcap of K1 ventures.
Not counting the goodwill, leasing, rail yard and service asset, Rail environment solution.

The upbeat and open tone of current annual report compared to 'ki chia liao' annual report last year.
Imply green has no intention liao.

KUE is better off listing in us. Education stocks valuation low in SG. No depth also.

Green was shareholder friendly during the years before the offer. The offer screwed up the alignment of interests temporarily. Now interests should be realigned.

Timing of monetisation is interesting. My guess is Keppel wants to close shop. Greene was opportunistic. Now that offer failed Greene just had to proceed as per Keppel's wishes.

Good thing Keppel is anchor and value reputation more and K1V is but a rounding error to them. Else the GO could had been pass through with more "pattern" like some of the SME privatisations recently.
