It's share price has been rising steadily with the market. Got queried by SGX today! Think some people are expecting some kind of ang pow from this company this CNY. Lucky those who held on to their shares from last year.

Cannot be another offer. Coz last conditional offer expired in sep 2012. So need 1 year.
MMR disposal will means at least 2 cents final dividends.

Management already said, they are not looking for investment anymore, so the only they can do is to distribute money back to shareholders.....Big Grin

2 cents div expected what.
Interim div next year depends on more divestments.
