Hi valuebuddies,Rolleyes Shy Blush

There is so much hype about SREITs.  I was wondering if there were any thoughts about the REIT industry, in Asia Pacific.

I used the FT equity screener for REITs in the Asia Pacific.  The resulting Excel table is attached.  (It is arranged by Dividend Yield, P/BV and Market Cap, in that order).  After running the screener, I still don't know which REITs I should read more into.

I know there are REIT symposiums run in Singapore.

Any other thougths about how to get to know the Asia Pacific REIT industry?

Thanks!

PS. This link (https://sginvestors.io/analysts/target-price/lates) was particularly good, for Singapore only.

Dont think there is a quick shortcut. Can begin by reading the annual reports of all the singapore reits. then perhaps move on to hongkong ones. Some blogs will be helpful too. Some bloggers focus on reits
