Enable free float more than 10% and continue listing or propose an exit offer for approval to get it de-listed

One interesting observation, there is a buyer bid 1 cent higher than TCC Asset's and accumulating daily... If the buyer is Davidson Kempner LLC, there should be announcement soon for cross 5% holding.
