Doesn't sound like a good deal.
Assuming $300 psf of construction cost ...that means break-even of $1400 ....plus 15% margin ..selling price will be $1600 and above...

But the brothers aren't daft, are they?

25.5cent was before the bonus issue. So it is 125% return.....crazy...
Last year, there was a right issue followed by bonus issue....

If it is too good to be true, stick to your guns. Both brothers got a simple formula - both counters are all tightly controlled, hence it only takes a little to move the stock.

Since when do we value property stock on a PE basis? Buddies any view?
