Is there a prospectus online? Can't find it so far.
The toughest thing to do is have to wait for the opportunity patiently.

Can someone explain to me why "173.8 million new shares at 25 cents apiece, comprising 170 million placement shares and 3.8 million shares for the public." = 288.7 million in market cap?

Shouldn't 0.25 * 173,800,000 = 43.45 million in market cap?

i havent read it but my guess is there are also some other existing shares held by the seller that you have to take into consideration

Those shares are just the ones offered. You have not taken into account the shares held by the owners and pre-IPO investors

How to calculate the PE? Someone said it should use the audited eps 1.05 cent, someone said should use the unaudited eps 2.08, there is vast difference. And yesterday I read the Edge, it used 1.05 cent to calculate the PE and dividend. Anybody can enlighten which one is correct? Thanks

As of FY16, the total profit is 24.217m. But out of the figure, 12.174m is attributable to the owners of the company and the rest are non-controlling interests. I believe there is a restructuring exercise which will assist them to acquire the other non-controlling interests.

The restructuring has already been done and was effective 1 October 2016. So the non-controlling interests have been acquired. However, not sure if using PE is appropriate because there are conditional dividends of $11 million to be paid (which I suppose is part of the terms of the acquisition).
