Today (26Jun12), SupPack jumped up by another $0.007 (or 9.1%!) to close at $0.084, with a higher volume of 2726 lots transacted. It even hit as high as $0.086 intra-day.

Anyone has a clue what could be coming?

Based on the sharp rise in SupPack's share price since 25Jun12 (Monday), there is every reason to believe that the pending announcement will be positive. We should know it soon.

I hope those who bought into SupPack in the last few days will become a happy lot!

i wonder if a offer materializes, what should be a fair value considering suppack's last reported nav of about $0.23-$0.24?

I have been struggling on the fair value as well considering there are properties use in all their operations beside NAV reference.

This morning (6Jul12), SupPack's share price has confidently breached the $0.12 mark and is now trading close to the day's high of 0.128, with a high 6.9m shares transacted so far. It looks like a transaction on SupPack by a 3rd-party may well be for real?

my guess is that it is increasing frustrating with SGX handling of the market that our own entrepreneur now find meaningless to continue as a listed Co.

Look around you at all the market quote they are very wide and nobody is going to trade knowing the exit is expensive if there is no liquidity as a result of crisis or years and mis-management in market activities by regulators.

We are going to see opportunity by owner of real business that see value in buying out and the only thing SGX can at least do for minority shldrs is to relieve their long suffering from a decline since 2007. Its not the Co. is not managed well, but SGX is not doing enough to promote listed Co. value?

We hope the buyer will be fair to offer at least near NTA price as few believe China man can offer good value?
