Nice to meet you at Changi and talk about investment.

The site in Aberdeen is leasehold .

HK$22,000 psf is very high price to pay for site in Aberdeen but the used property price on South Horizons Estate ( on Aplichau Island ) has risen near to $18,000.

Also China now has over 800 billionaires who would be interested in having a home in Aberdeen with nice sea view and good feng shui.

statistics of the Company and its subsidiaries (the ‘‘Group’’) for April 2018 as follows.

For April 2018, the Group’s pre-sales value amounted to RMB5,260 million, representing
a year-on-year increase of 82.0%. The Group’s pre-sales area amounted to approximately
302,000 square meters, representing a year-on-year increase of 231.9%.
