I meant to ask opmi and activistasia, those who brought up this "Privy Council" avenue earlier in the thread.

How did you guys get this idea to begin with?

The lawyer (friend) that I consulted with, deemed it incredulous that I even brought it up. 
Almost like I mentioned something ridiculously funny.

Singapore law has its own ecosystem. Maybe JCPC does work for other jurisdictions since the battleground is not in Singapore.

The initial suit's judgement is widely available. Why isn't this going to be?

Privy council is generally available to commonwealth countries. I think Singapore was first in commonwealth to exclude it after JBJ won the privy appeal

As a matter of fact, we don't know if dinosaur could laugh or even roar. It's just a lot of smart guesses by archaeologists.

Not necessarily. I would think getting the opinion of specialized experts that are in the industry would be more reliable.
Like I said, it's my bad for not mentioning Bermuda, didn't think that was important info, but it apparently is.

Depends on how badly one wants to read the judgement.

1. It's available at the office during normal business hours.
2. Wait for the judgement to be published (if it did get published, I don't know). 

The latest Court of Appeal judgements were 20 Feb.
