If I am not mistaken, this project has now been renamed as Seaside Residences, which I think sounds more atas.

Will likely launch in April 2017, and apparently features a 115m long infinity pool and sky terrace.  The project won't be as close to the sea as it appears in this picture, but at least they have the advantage that there is hardly any competition for new high rise condos with sea views around this area.  Analysts are predicting pricing of around $16xx PSF average, but Frasers hasn't given any indication yet.
