Hi guys,
For example, company C will hold its AGM/EGM tomorrow. If i bought some shares of company C a few days ago, BUT my shares will only be credited into my CDP account tomorrow, can i still attend the AGM/EGM as a shareholder to vote? Or is it too late?
thanks

by T+4 days, it should be in CDP, if not free balance. Provided you paid for it. GIRO usually slower.
If timing is tight, check on mobile if the shares are credited by the time you register at AGM venue.
If dont have your record when registered at the AGM itself, request to be an observer. Observer cannot ask questions.
But if you really desperate to ask, then get someone to ask for you lor. It is usually those few people asking. Or write down
your questions and ask a shareholder to pass questions to the Chairman

for updating purposes, the shares are "free" on T+5, but the fact that shares will be credited into CDP on T+3 doesnt seem true for my other shares

I think GIRO payment takes longer. I think EPS is 1 day faster (T+4).
