Queens Peak just launched for sale a couple of weeks ago.  Sold quite well actually, on balloting day - over 230 units.  Mainly 1 and 2 bedders though.

What is interesting about Queens Peak is the way the unit types are distributed - mainly one, 1 + Study, and 2 bedroom units, on the lower floors from levels 8 to 26.  The 3 bedders and bigger units start from level 28 up.

Other details for interest: This is a 99 year leasehold development directly fronting Queenstown MRT station. Two 44 storey high towers, housing a total of 736 apartment units, and occupying a site area of 10,516 sq m.  Units types include one bedders, 1 + Study, 2 bedders, all the way to a small number of large 6 bedroom one-level penthouses that promise to be luxurious with good views.

There are 7 zones of 77 facilities - a bit of over-doing things possibly.  If you are interested in the pricing details, take a look here at the Queens Peak price indicative ranges.
