Lake Grande Showflat will be ready approximately in July or August 2016.
It is the most highly anticipated new launch in the western region of Singapore, following the success of J-Gateway and Lakeville.

About Lake Grande
Lake Grande Condo is a new launch in Jurong Lake District, which span over 360ha of land in the western part of Singapore. The response and interest level is simply electrifying and overwhelming and many potential buyers had to queue up to 15 mins to view the unit type on display at the

Lake Grande had welcome its 500th purchaser on 17 Sep 2016. With a total of 710 luxurious unit, this
new launch is counting down to its remaining 210 units. With 1 bedroom fully sold on preview day, and limited 2 bedroom left, the remaining available units consist mainly 2+Study to 5 bedroom.
Lake Grande is certainly the best selling project for the year of 2016. Price increasing soon.
