Bankruptcy Division of the Supreme Court of Mauritius has granted the order for 
(i) HOOQ Digital Mauritius Private Limited (In Liquidation)1 (“HOOQ M”) to be wound up; 
(ii) Anjeev Hurry to be appointed as the liquidator of HOOQ M; and 
(iii) the liquidator to complete the dissolution proceedings of HOOQ M by the end of September 2020

Just a note that Foxtel continue to use Optus satelites to broadcast contents such as live sport, live 4k and 8k video on the horizon.

Q6 Scrip dividend
At the upcoming AGM, we are proposing an amendment to our Constitution to allow for a scrip dividend scheme. If implemented, it would give shareholders the option to receive Singtel shares in lieu of cash dividends.

In the short term, consumers will be able to benefit from new 5G handsets that deliver faster download speeds where 5G coverage is present. 5G, however, is not expected to be a key driver of returns in the immediate horizon. In the mid to longer term, we expect new revenue opportunities from potential consumer applications, such as cloud gaming, and enterprise applications that leverage distinctive 5G capabilities,
In Singapore, our 5G rollout will be progressive, covering half of Singapore by end-2022 and nationwide by end of 2025. 
We have not provided any capex guidance for FY 21.
We will be financially disciplined in our investments and will manage our 5G capex against other capital priorities, including re-prioritisation of 4G capex.

Update on Merger
The above is basis cash consideration chosen by Vodafone Idea Limited (VIL) for its 11.15% shareholding in Indus which will be based on 60 days VWAP as at Closing date (and agreed closing adjustments). Based on today’s calculation the cash consideration comes to approx. INR 4,000 crore.
