Completion of the Acquisition of 35 Pioneer Road North, Singapore 628475

Thought to mention, disposal of their singapore HQ site has brought in USD 10m+ increasing NAV to SGD 56c and a huge boost to earnings for this year. EMS business still profitable but lacklustre with very low margins and increasing cost.

Very thinly traded but managed to load up some more today as net cash is now >80% of Mcap. Barring unforseen circumstances, expect another big special dividend end of this year in addition to their usual 3cents.

Chuan Hup seems determined to squeeze every cents out from PCI

exactly why PCI makes a good investment whilst there is still a load of cash in the company. They will continue to payout to CHH. Major SSH interests are aligned with OPMI interest

It seems that this quarter earnings is also pretty good. Hopefully spike in share price next week.

just try to do some basic post on my favourite counters then later will just do updates to them thats all and occasionally on new counter that make it into my valuation list.

PCI seems to be holding up well amidst the market drops. Still waiting for it to hit 60c. Hopefully CHH can steady a bit quickly make general offer again for it. Then I can divest and have some $$ to buy CHH.
