Hi, anyone here noticed this stock Imperium Crown?

I think it's a turnaround biz and there's growth potential after the RTO exercise.

It's now a property play in Japan and NAV is about 12 cent. Currently trading at about half of that at about 6 cent+.

Due to the negative interest rates by BOJ, I believe property values and search for yield there will be in play.

Yup I noticed too.

Recently I see IPC Corp being able to sell their japanese properties fo a significant gain as well as Saizen REIT doing a similar action.

But I am wondering if Imperial Crown management has the ability to do the same? What kind of experience do they have?

Based on price action and volume, there is increased buyer interest last week. This week should see more sustained buying.

I think it's undervalued at the moment.

The irregularity is probably the paying of dividends with neither accumulated profits nor current year profits at the company level, which is in non-compliance with the companies act.

Well, in the months since the dividend was paid out, there was a change in the composition of the board of directors.

That might have something to do with the discovery of the illegal dividend.
