Northwave EC is a new executive condo located at the intersection of Woodlands Avenue 12 and Gambas Avenue. It is a new and upcoming EC project by Hao Yuan Investment, a subsidiary of MCC Land, which has a strong portfolio of residential projects in Singapore, including the recently launched POIZ Residences. MCC Land is also no stranger to the northern part of Singapore, with completed and upcoming residential projects in Sembawang and Woodlands.

Sitting on a site of about 12,388.3 sq m, Northwave EC will be able to yield about 390 dwelling units with a mix of sizes and layouts for you to choose from. Directly across the development is a site currently reserved for a school, ideal if you are planning to start a family in the next few years. Other schools in the neighbourhood include Sembawang Secondary School, Sembawang Primary School, Greenwood Primary School, Admiralty Primary School, Admiralty Secondary School, as well as Riverside Primary School.

Northwave EC is connected to Admiralty MRT Station via a short bus ride and approximately 1.3km away should you choose to walk or cycle to the MRT station. From Admiralty MRT Station, you will be able to get to Orchard in approximately 28 minutes along the North-South Line.

For those working in the CBD, you will be able to get to Raffles Place MRT station in about 35 minutes. You will also have easy access to the upcoming Thomson-East Coast Line via the interchange at Woodlands. A cross-border rail link will also be built to Johor Bahru from Woodlands North MRT station along the Thomson-East Coast Line, offering you an alternative destination for a day trip out of the shores of Singapore.

If you get to and from work in the CBD by car, your journey can be completed in approximately 25 minutes. You will also be able to get to the airport within 30 minutes via the SLE and TPE. Furthermore, the North-South Corridor, which will be completed in 2021, will help to cut down your travelling time to the city.

Northwave EC will be connected directly to the North-South Corridor when developed. The North-South Corridor will also have dedicated bus lanes that could possibly see more direct bus services to the city, offering you an alternative mode of public transport instead of relying on the MRT alone. Moreover, a cycling path will also be built along the entire stretch of the expressway, passing through towns such as Sembawang, Yishun, Ang Mo Kio, Bishan and Toa Payoh. No longer will motorised transport be the only mode of transportation available for you with a home in Northwave EC.
