AIMS AMP Capital Industrial Reit (AA Reit) posted a distribution per unit (DPU) of 2.77 Singapore cents for its fiscal second quarter ended Sept 30, 2014, up 0.7 per cent from the DPU of 2.75 Singapore cents a year ago.

Net property income rose 8.2 per cent year on year

GOVERNMENT intervention measures and Singapore's ongoing economic restructuring are softening the industrial property market acutely, and AIMS AMP Capital Industrial Reit (AA Reit) is feeling that impact, CEO Koh Wee Lih told reporters after a short property tour on Tuesday.

Base fee: o.5% deposited property
Perfomance fee: 0.2% of deposited property if dpu grows 5% more.
Aquisition fee: 1%
Disposal: 0.5%

Payout 100% of distributable income.

Base ,acquisition and disposal fees is the same as cambridge.

But i feel performsnxe fee is too high compared to cambridge as cambrige is only 10% of the increas in the highest DPU (high watermark) in some number of years but aims is 0.2% of deposited properties and 5% increase in dpu is not difficult .

any views on whether aims performsnce fee is exorbitant?

Stephen, if you compare their share prices performances over the past 5 years, would you still think aims performance fee is exorbitant?
