Renewal of Swensen's Franchise License

ABR Holdings Limited announced that it’s wholly owned subsidiary ABR Swensen’s Pte. Ltd. had entered into an agreement for the renewal of the Swensen’s franchise license  with the Kayla Foods Int’t (Barbados) Inc. for a further period of 20 years subject to and in accordance with the terms of the agreement.

The tender was submitted in the ordinary course of the Company’s business. The Parties intend to develop the Properties into apartments, subject to all necessary approvals from relevant authorities being obtained. The purchase price of $23.6 million of the Properties will be financed by internal resources and bank borrowings and is not expected to have a material impact on the Group’s consolidated earnings and net tangible assets per share of the Company for the financial year ended 31 December 2020.
