Did anybody receive calls asking why you are not accepting the offer? And what price are you willing to accept?

I did get a call from B.A.C.S. Pte Ltd asking if I had accepted the offer. However, I am very surprised if you were asked "what price are you willing to accept?"

I was surprised too. The whole conversation was strange and I don't even own many shares.

could these be the scams calls
so far, i have yet to receive such similar calls for my dutech shares
is there infringement of privacy issue here?

Thanks for all your engaging exchanges in this topic. It had been a good discussion with fellow buddies out there. Unfortunately, we still fall short in the end. Nevertheless, it had been a good fight.

For those who wish to get their money earlier, my advice is to accept the offer now. Yes, you can do what pianist had suggested - Don't do anything and wait for them to compulsory acquire your shares. But the process will take sometime and you will receive your proceeds later.
