Why not aim for $0.10? Or even for free?

I was also puzzled about the statement about aussie interest rates. Did a google and the news are interesting. http://www.cnbc.com/id/102402995#. Its congruent with what you mentioned. Apparently, there is even risk of property in australia facing speculative pressures due to the lower interest rates.
The thing I am scared most is not nightmares or market crashes..... Its my greed that I fear the most.
When people ask what is my target price, I never have any good answer for it because Philip Fisher said before (in Common Stock Uncommon Profit) that the best time to sell is never. Equity investment is buying into ownership, not betting slips. The path to greatness and wealth is necessarily dangerous.... because greed is a fearsome fore that threatens your success at every step.

While I am not vested in CES, there are some clones at play. Sadly, the quality of this forum is being tarnished by those clones. What a sad sight. Forum moderator, with adequate evidence, should ban them to keep our robust discussion moving forward.

The price has increased from around $0.40 in 2010 to almost $1 currently, representing a CAGR of almost 20%, excluding the substantial dividends received. How can we consider this as remaining stagnant?
Of course, if you look carefully at the price chart, the price of CES was indeed range-bound for certain periods in the above-mentioned timeframe. But as investors, we should always have a longer-term view. Remember, in the short term the market is a voting machine, but in the long term the market is a weighing machine.
