I can confirmed the Retail Mall had already obtained TOP in Dec.. believer me or not, its up to you all. Wink

Yes, I have checked the TOP listing at BCA website. The Mall has already been granted TOP on 11 Dec 2014.

In 6 month times, the NAV will yet jump by another 25 cents after the hotel segment TOPs plus recurring annual income of $14mil.

CES is still languishing at 85 cents, way below its recent high at 97 cents...probably, TOP has already been priced in...
