I created a new thread for the company. Creative Elite Holdings has launched a general offer of S$0.80 per share. The last closed price before the halt was S$0.42 per share, almost double in price.

The company changed its name to Camsing Healthcare Limited on 28 March 2016.

I wonder what about non-suspended companies - are there situations whereby they need to liaise with different departments of SGX-ST or is there a single point of contact unless exceptional circumstances ? It probably wldn't be easy for smaller listed companies with lean admin workforce in having to liaise with different parties.
