The remaining $30mil from SAH will be in New Toyo's pocket probably by the end of June and SAH will be fully wound down and delisted.
This will bring New Toyo cash level to at least 15 cents or 50% of current market value Of course, this cash level is set to continue rising with very strong and stable cashflow from tobacco printing/packaging and growth of new markets in the developing countries. [Net operating cashflow is approx $40mil per annum] Special dividends would probably be declared together with the half-yearly results and regular interim dividend in August. Let's wait and see if this pans out The special dividend will be very timely, given that the general market has corrected quite a bit in recent days

The cash payment from SAH to New Toyo is 28 June
The crown jewel of New Toyo is Tien Wah. I would suggest that you go thru Tien Wah accounts too. it is listed in KLSE. It has gone up from $2(RM) in early part of year to $2.50(RM) - all time high. NAV of Tien Wah has improved as well.
the current share price is probably abt 10% above NAV. I think Tien Wah will hit $3(RM) by year end. But do remember that Tien Wah's NAV is understated. All the properties/investment properties are still recorded at book value Some parcels are in Petaling Jaya Section 13 - slated to be the next "Orchard Road" of KL. ..haha (13-06-2013, 11:02 AM)BlueKelah Wrote:(13-06-2013, 10:53 AM)Underdogger Wrote: The cash payment from SAH to New Toyo is 28 June |
