These are high class loansharks are not something new. Have seen many SGX counters involved in such things before and after GFC in 2008.

There is a reason why run-of-the-mill financial institutions do not want to lend money to such companies. If these loansharks are serious about investing in the business, they should exercise the CB at no discount and then lock up the shares for a minimum period of 2 yrs.

But again these are penny counters that are dying, what bargaining power do they have.... LOL!
There are no good stocks. Stocks are only good when they go up after you bought them.
