IN THE biggest office leasing deal for a new suburban project so far this year, CPG Corporation has taken a lease of 83,000 sq ft at Westgate Tower next to Jurong East MRT Station. The group will move out from Novena Square, where it occupies its present office of about 80,000
Low Keng Huat slowly locking in recurring income, at 60% rented out, its a recurring income of ~0.77 cents/year from Westgate for LKH.
tight family control that won't mess around with their $...
However, given the rebuilding process, new value stream will take time to materialise

In the price?
Anyway, Low Family has already recycled their completion proceeds via Westgate Office and Balestier Tower En-bloc.
I suspect there will be some special at final dividends since post this year, it will be lean years for LKH.

Result announcement today (probably after working hours).
Supposedly, lots of project obtained TOP this quarter (what many investors have been waiting for). Yet, market activity is slow and price receded to months low.
Opportunity to accumulate?

Yes Vseeker, you are right on the revenue and profit recognition quarter. However, the cash flow should continue to come in rights?
During the last AGM there was a request from shareholders to give interim dividend before the final FY2015 result is announced. MD Low Keng Boon was for the idea once these development projects obtained TOP. However, he did not commit to it though.

Low Kheng Huat’s 3Q earnings surge to $65.1 million on higher revenue recognition
SINGAPORE (Dec 11): Construction company Low Kheng Huat ( Financial Dashboard) reported a more than six times increase in third quarter earnings from a year ago.
For the 3Q15 ended Oct, earnings rose 523% to $65.1 million, or 8.81 cents per share, from $10.4 million in 3Q14.
Revenue rose to $408.5 million from $22.2 million for the quarter.
For the nine months ended Oct, earnings rose 102% to $83.5 million from $41.4 million. Revenue came in at $459.3 million, up from $57.7 million.
Construction revenue increased to $52.7 million due to the increase in construction activity at Genting Hotel at Jurong Town Hall Road.
Revenue for hotel & F&B businesses decreased to $33.8 million from $38 million during the previous year.
Development revenue came in at $372.6 million, due to the r ecognition of revenue from Parkland Residences, a DBSS development which obtained its TOP on Oct 29.
In its outlook, Low Kheng Huat said the cooling measures introduced by the Singapore government and the release of more land for development to cool the residential market continues to slow down the already sluggish property market.
Low Kheng Huat closed flat at 66 cents today.
