Talking about critical mass of 200k sqm. If BP-SCC was indeed Supply Chain City, it would add at least 130k sqm to the portfolio. When SCC project announced in Dec 2012, it was said to be completed in 2014Q3 with over 130k sqm.
Any mentions of scc in the agm or from the IR?

I wonder why Boustead consider Biosensor as low risk blue chip.
I was wondering too.
Since when did Biosensor become a blue chip?

Look like there are many strong believers of Boustead and FF Wong. I also have a substantial stake in Boustead.
What are the risks for Boustead?
For one, FF Wong is not young. Can Boustead continue to do well without FF Wong?
Second, is there any risk of Boustead losing the distributorship of Esri software and technologies?
Any other risks? The higher the stake, the more we investors of Boustead need to know what risks we are taking.

Bank Loan is $34M, Cash is $185M. Easily can pay off loan.
So the only reason to borrow I can think off is to expand. $500M loan
is for buy land or buy new business. Anyone is good for me, FF Wong is smart at getting a good deal...

Something seems to be brewing...
Hope for the best...
It seems to me that they are fastening the pace.
I guess i should fasten the safety belt as well.
It might be rough, bumpy & "exciting" ride.
Ahh, and don't forget the Soil next door has built a good start on Industrial REIT.
Vested & definitely biased

anyone holding Boustead with CPF fund? can we opt for scrip dividend?
Is it wise to take up scrip dividend? will it be difficult to sell later on with odd lots?
