On 12 May 2016, the Group (Kaisa) entered into an agreement with a third party to acquire 70%
equity interest in Shenzhen Marine Group Company Limited, a company that holds a parcel of
land for property development in the PRC, for a cash consideration of approximately HK$6.8
billion (approximately equivalent to RMB5.8 billion). As the subsidiary acquired does not
constitute a business, the acquisition was accounted for as acquisition of assets.

$达力集团(00029)$ 从佳兆业的2015,2016年报上得到消息：2016年5月12日，佳兆业以58亿人民币（68亿港元）购买深圳航运70%的股权（也就是深圳市鸿利金融投资控股有限公司）的全部股份。假设略去深航运其他资产，单就圳华土地而论，佳兆业持有70%*51%的圳华土地资产，则圳华土地资产估值为162亿人民币，190亿港元。达力持有部分则为79.6亿人民币，93亿港元。达力每股分占价值为93亿/2.4亿股本=38.88港元。 (opmi: probably need to deduct 60% for Land Appreciation Tax)

I can see "16 May 2016 agreement to purchase" is mentioned in Kaisa's Annual Results Report ( 27 March 2017) but I cannot find the same matter reported in Dynamic's Annual Report ( 24 Feb 17 ).

But the shares ( 0029.HK) are rising today.

The Kaisa purchase of the holding company of 51% JV stake has nothing to do with
Dynamic 49% stake. So Dynamic has nothing to report.

The SCMP newspaper ( 6 March 2019) shows that Mr Chua Domingo has reduced his substantial shareholding in Dynamic and now holds 5.8 Mil shares .
