Not too sure, re-valuation of assets are reported routinely together with their FY statement, every Feb.
The fair value losses for Orchard Road properties could however, signal similar reductions for other Orchard Road landlords... other counters to watch out, especially those that have climbed quickly in the past months.

Copied from aastocks website on 9 Mar 2017 :
During the result announcement press conference, WHARF HOLDINGS (00004.HK) -0.300 (-0.480%) Short selling $29.68M; Ratio 17.383% chairman Stephen Ng Ting-hoi said the group does not intend to sell its investment properties portfolio. It is not a good news for the group if the group's interest is diluted in the spin-off and listing. Therefore, the group is studying the pros and cons of distribution in specie of a part of the investment properties to shareholders of WHARF HOLDINGS. This can ensure the interests of shareholders not to be diluted.
Ng said as this plan is in an initial stage, no details can be disclosed by now.
