First EC Twin Waterfalls EC has obtained TOP in June 2nd!
The sales of 2nd EC Skypark Residences are doing quite well too.
The only negative comes from the 3rd EC Amore.

With the recent raise in EC income ceiling to $14K, it will create a bigger market for Keong Hong to sell. Skypark Residences is doing very well with 436 (86%) units sold to date. Keong Hong developmental profit for this year and next has been secured.

4cents dividend declared. Profit from Twin Waterfalls EC has been recognised.

Next milestone will be profit from Skypark Residences EC which has been 92% sold.

I think the floor under Keong Hong has been the impending 4 cents dividend payout.

Assuming that after it goes ex-dividend, it has the same rating as say Lian Beng, share price could fall to as low as 32 cents.

The dilemma is whether to collect the dividend and wait and watch or to exit now and accumulate after it falls.

Keong Hong has just secured a condo site with its partners at Siglap. Probably Keong Hong will also secure the construction project for this site too. This is quite a good site as it is next to a MRT station and East Coast park. This is the first time Keong Hong has ventured into private condo development project.

The recent STI sell down seems to have little effect on Keong Hong share price too.

I'm quite positive that Keong Hong can continue to generate profit in the next few years.

I haven't been tracking for a while on the sales progress of The Amore. Today went to check and was pleasantly surpised that it has sold 61%. Not bad not bad. Skypark is already 96% sold. Hmm another round of dividend coming soon : ) : )

Surprise, surprise! The Amore 80% sold as at 13 May 2016. The Amore is the 3rd EC from Keong Hong.

The 2nd EC Skypark Residences has sold 500 out of 506units.

This implies that for the coming year or two, Keong Hong has secured good profits and probably we can expect more dividends coming.

Update: The Amore 85% as at 27 May 2016.

Keong Hong managed to sold another 5% of units in 2 weeks. Is interest coming back in the property market or good discount was given to move the units?

Added more to Keong Hong recently in view of increasing sales in its developement projects.
