Twin Waterfalls is now 96% completed.

Skypark Residences EC
1 March 15: 359 units sold and 147 available (70.9% sold) according to
http://www.executivecondominium.sg/

I notice that someone always queues 200 lots at 38.0 cents but whoever queues slightly lower at 37.5 cents or 37.0 cents are always taken up quickly. It appears that someone purposely queue a big lot at 38.0 cents to shake off the weak hands and accumulate below 38.0 cents.

I bet when those willing to sell at 37.5 cents are exhausted, he will move his queue higher at 38.5 cents.

It is interesting to watch how the big boy accumulates.

Yeah, you're right! Someone might just call his bluff and buy up his 200K units at 38 cents, then what? But it's a lot of money to prove a point.

Even if someone buys up his 200 lots at 38.0 cents, it is ok to him as he has been buying at 37.5 cents or lower and on a net basis, his holding keeps increasing.

Look at how the sell orders at 37.5 cents and below have been filled up these few days you could tell he is not a small fly.

When the free float dries up and he has accumulated enough, he could push up the price easily as good news for Keong Hong is just around the corner, which include booking of profit for Twin Waterfalls and a few recently completed construction projects.

I believe the big boy has collected enough and is showing hand. When those who wanted to sell have sold, there will not be much resistance on its way up.

Or is it just my wishful thinking?

The intrinsic value of KH is definitely much more based on its ability to generate a high return on equity. Well at least based on current financial ratios. I'm sticking on to my beliefs and whether market efficiency works shall be reflected in the days to come when the share price of KH rise or fall. Hehe

The selldown at 38.5 recently has been comfortably absorbed. Looking forward to the revenue recognition from Alexandra Central Phase 2 and their respective construction projects.

Keong Hong increased its stake in Kori to 15.12%!

Will there be some major joint projects coming up?
