Ms Tan Hwee Bin (Executive Director) bought 123lots on 5th Sept

Based on the following announcement, she was awarded under the Wing Tai Restricted Shares Plan. Basically, Wing Tai awarded her using the treasury share transfer from CDP.

There could be some action for Wing Tai and Ho Bee today as there is an analyst report on Kim Eng on High End property developers. The following is some of the extraction:

"Take a high position. We believe 2013 will turn out to be a better year for high-end developers. The ability to move completed inventory will be good news to them, as the profits can be recognized immediately. We raise our target prices for Wing Tai (maintain BUY; TP: SGD2.10) and Ho Bee (upgrade from HOLD to BUY; TP: SGD1.79) as we ascribe a narrower 40% RNAV discount to account for their potential re-rating."

You better buy big when the price is still cheap now. I let nature take its course for Sing Holdings ^^
