So what they need now is the EGM for approval and the sales will proceed and the company will become a cash company.

A cash company with no biz will have 1 year to look for a biz. So it is a waiting game with 1 year time frame ^^. Anyway I am quite sure the mgmt already have something in mind so the wait should
be quite short.
