Do you think one should accept the cash offer or just let it lapse as the offer is such a paltry sum anyway. What are the possible consequences if one rejects the offer?  Thank you for any advice proffered.

A good turnaround!

Results look solid with revenue up 45% and turning to a net profit of $5.4m for the first half despite no more one-offs such as the job support scheme.

However, key questions are:
(1) Would this counter trade closer to Raffles Medical in earnings multiple?
(2) Would margins continue to catch up towards Raffles Medical?
(3) Would revenue continue to rise with increased participation in various government programs (e.g. vaccination) or would these be one-off?

Not sure this represents a good value for stakeholders.
Net Asset/total share is already at $0.044.
Represent just $0.004 instead of the more eye catching 40+% above last traded price...

I am not vested.

But for what it's worth, in my view, other than cash component of NAV, it may be more relevant to investors buying a controlling stake. Cld also be useful to reference the privatization thread for related issues : https://www.valuebuddies.com/thread-9588.html, before making any decision. No harm referencing the IFA circular whenever available - I think it usually gives an estimated(range) value of the shares.
